As a the creative director and part of the marketing team at the Johnson Firm, I took on the task of creating and distributing weekly release notes to the entire organization. These release notes proved to be an invaluable tool for fostering understanding of company goals and initiatives, promoting collaboration between teams, and highlighting the accomplishments of individuals and teams as projects were completed. Through my use of graphic design and clear, concise language, I was able to effectively communicate important information in a visually appealing and easily digestible format. Additionally, my strong communication skills allowed me to collaborate with various teams across the company to ensure that their achievements and progress were accurately represented in the release notes. By taking on this project, I was able to showcase my ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, utilize graphic design to visually enhance information, and collaborate with various teams to produce a cohesive and informative weekly communication that ultimately improved transparency and collaboration throughout the organization.
