Vendor Management

What is this list used for:

This list is used to help with accounting and human resource tasks.

It helps accounting by:

  • Providing a source of truth for all vendor and software usage across Stellium

  • Allows for accounting to bill each planet by usage

  • Shows the account holder and open licenses for software

  • Provides a way to calculate the cost per role

It helps HR by:

  • Showing which employees have access to what vendors or software so that onboarding similar roles or off-boarding becomes clear and easy(er)

Projects aimed to improve processes, standards, and technology across teams. To achieve this, I consistently collaborated with HR, Operations, Project Management peers, stakeholders and executives to develop project plans and streamline the onboarding process. In addition, I worked closely with the COO to create and communicate organizational-wide standards. I also played a crucial role in tracking and maintaining vendor billing, which supports the planning and management of payable vendor bills. Overall, these projects demonstrate my ability to lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
